The Inner Diameter is the internal width of the ring. The Perimeter represents the measurement around the finger. Choose the size closest to your finger measurement.

How to Measure Your Finger at Home

Step 1: Take a thin strip of paper or a piece of string and wrap it around your finger.
Step 2: Wrap it snugly — not too tight or too loose.
Step 3: Mark where the ends meet.
Step 4: Lay it flat and measure the marked length in millimeters.
Step 5: Compare your measurement with the perimeter column in the chart to select the correct size.
Tips for Accuracy
  • Measure at the end of the day
  • Measure 2–3 times for accuracy
  • If between sizes, choose the larger
  • Hands shrink in the cold, so avoid measuring when cold
